Mother Daughter Empowerment Weekend (ages 12 - 17)

The relationship between mothers and daughters is the most vital bond that a girl can have. The mother daughter empowerment weekends provide a weekend built to strengthen the bond through activities, contests and relaxation including: Yoga, Meditation, team building , contests, and information sessions.

We have created an exciting, robust and dynamic evidenced based curriculum to build communication (verbal and non verbal) hence strengthening the bond between mother and daughter.
