Global Girls 2021-Montego Bay, Jamaica

Mother Daughter Connect (MDC) has a mission to strengthen the bond between mothers and daughters. One of the experiences we provide is an understanding that mothers and daughters around the world share some of the same concerns that we do here in the United States. Learn how similar we are and how different cultures navigate communication, conflict and triumph. 

MDC has created Global Girls, which is a true immersion cultural experience. The experience hybrid beginning electronically, where MDC girls communicate with designated girls from another country. MDC girls are prepped with online classes about the culture, expectations and in the end will visit the country to gain a well- rounded cultural experience. 

Mothers or caregivers are encouraged to join their daughters on this trip, but girls are allowed to attend alone. We will be conducting mother daughter skill building activities during and meet with other mother and daughter groups in Jamaica.

We are taking 10-15 girls (mothers are welcome) between target ages 12-18! Learn how similar we are and how different cultures navigate communication, conflict and triumph.
